Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FaithWise, operated by Leonenko Group, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at faith-wise.com and our iOS and Android mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@faith-wise.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Free Plan and Subscriptions

Free Plan

FaithWise offers a free tier with limited monthly AI interactions and features. Free users may see advertisements within the app.

FaithWise Subscription Plans

The Premium subscription is available at the following prices:

  • Premium - Monthly: $5.99 per month
  • Premium - Annual: $47.88 per year ($3.99/month, billed annually)

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How to Cancel

  • iOS: Open the Settings app → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → FaithWise → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → FaithWise → Cancel Subscription.
  • Web: Go to faith-wise.com → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.

Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time.

Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple and subject to their refund policy. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google. For web subscriptions, contact us at support@faith-wise.com within 7 days of charge for assistance.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Description of Service

FaithWise is an AI-powered Christian spiritual growth platform offering Bible study tools, prayer journaling, guided devotionals, verse memorization, sermon preparation assistance, community study groups, and related features. The Service is available via web browser and native mobile applications for iOS and Android.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

FaithWise uses artificial intelligence to generate content, answer biblical questions, and provide spiritual guidance. While we strive for biblical accuracy and theological care, AI-generated content is not a substitute for Scripture, the guidance of qualified spiritual leaders, or personal study of the Bible.

AI responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or perspectives that differ from your theological tradition. Always verify important theological matters against authoritative Scripture translations and qualified spiritual counsel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with any other person
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, hateful, or contrary to the Christian purpose of the Service
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in community features
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (prayers, notes, highlights, journal entries, etc.). By submitting content to the Service, you grant Leonenko Group, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not use your personal prayers, notes, or conversations to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI systems, original text, branding, and all features, is owned by Leonenko Group, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Scripture quotations are from various public domain and licensed Bible translations and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEONENKO GROUP, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leonenko Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
